Ok, so first of all, my dominant and I LOVE goofy stuff during play time and this is right up our alley. I've tried it already, though I'm giving it to him as a birthday gift soon. It's tough to get to squeak if you get it too far in your mouth because the air valve gets covered, but is doable. I love it so much already and am trying really hard not to give it to him early.
